Safety Clutch. Dimensions: 60 HP Capacity, 8in (200mm) Diameter, A: 5.2in (130mm), 1 3/8in Round bore female (3/8in key), 1 3/8in x 6 spline male. REMEMBER THIS! To adjust Standard Duty (Silver or Gold Spring) BARE-Co PTO clutches: Compress springs fully then back off 2 turns. Fine tune so that the clutch slips occasionally. Once per year release springs completely and allow clutch to slip to polish pressure plate. When Fitting Clutch: Pair of 1/2in dia Clamp Bolts - 75 ft lbs, Pair of 5/8 in dia Clamp Bolts - 150 ft lbs, Single Cotter Clamp Bolt - 100 ft lbs. Re-tension Clamp Bolts after 10 Hours Use - then Every 100 Hours. Note: LOOSE BOLTS - STRIPPED SPLINES.
